Cancellation Policy

At Shoptr3nds.com, we are committed to providing high-quality and satisfactory interior design services for all our clients. We recognize the possibility of unforeseen contingencies that may require the cancellation of a design project. Below, we outline our cancellation policy to ensure a transparent and equitable experience for our clients:

Project Cancellations:

Clients have the right to cancel a design project at any time before the completion of the conceptual design phase.
Project cancellations must be communicated in writing, either via email to support@shoptr3nds.com or through our contact form on the website, and include specific details of the project.

Cancellations must be made before the design is finalized. Typically, the design process takes 12 to 24 hours after receiving the measurement and preference information.

No cancellation fees will be applied.

Refunds:

If a project is canceled before the completion of the conceptual design phase, a full refund of the initial payment made by the client will be processed.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the client.
Project Modifications:

Clients have the option to request modifications to the ongoing project instead of canceling it entirely.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you’re not satisfied with the design and wish to exchange it for another one that suits your needs, the quickest way is to return the item within a 30-day period. Once the exchange has been accepted via email, you can proceed with the exchange. This process is faster and more direct than a return.

Satisfaction Guaranteed / Exceptions

Our satisfaction guarantee covers all our digital products for 30 days. In the event of dissatisfaction with the design within this period, a 100% refund will be issued. It’s important to note that digital products are not eligible for return once the 30-day period has elapsed.

Policy Changes:

We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
Clients are encouraged to periodically review our cancellation policy to stay informed about any updates.
